Somatic clones expressing CblL.UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Tub.PU show no obvious differences in the number of intestinal stem cells or the overall number of cells per clone compared to controls.

The concentration of circulating hemocytes in third instar larvae expressing CblL.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4crq.PO is comparable to that in wild-type controls.

Expression of CblL.Scer\UAS in the follicle cells under the control of Scer\GAL4EQ1 results in a ventralised eggshell phenotype. Eggs display disrupted dorsal appendage morphology, and fusing or loss of dorsal appendages is observed.

Mothers in which CblL.Scer\UAS is driven by Scer\GAL455B, Scer\GAL4GR1 or Scer\GAL4EQ1 lay eggs with mildly ventralized eggshells: dorsal appendages are reduced and fused. However, the resulting embryos are mostly normal - without obvious signs of ventralisation in their cuticles. The expressivity of eggshell ventralisation induced with CblL.Scer\UAS; Scer\GAL4hs.PB is most severe (in some cases dorsal appendages are reduced to a thickening of the chorion) if heat shock is applied a oogenesis stage 10.

The wings of CblL.Scer\UAS; Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 adults are small, lack an anterior cross vein and have distally truncated L4 and L5. CblL.Scer\UAS; Scer\GAL4GMR.PF adults have reduced, rough eyes. CblL.Scer\UAS; Scer\GAL4e22c animals die during pupal stages.

The increased concentration of circulating hemocytes in CblKG03080 homozygous mutant third instar larvae along with the strongly reduced internalization of sSpi-GFP protein (spi encodes the principal ligand of the EGFR pathway) at high sSpi-GFP conditions (treatment with 30 ng/ml sSpi-GFP) seen in primary hemocytes isolated form the mutant larvae is fully rescued by expression of CblL.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4crq.PO in the CblKG03080 mutants.
