ScerGAL4^crq.PO drives expression in embryonic macrophages. Expression is first observed at germ band retraction stage (embryonic stage 12-13). ScerGAL4^crq.PO expression in the embryonic lymph gland does not coincide with that of ScerGAL4^Dot.PK, indicating that these drivers mark distinct hemocyte lineages.
