All larvae co-expressing psqKK111691 and EgfrUAS.cBa under the control of Scer\GAL4ap-md544 during larval stages (using Gal80[ts] for the temporal regulation of expression) wing discs tumors, associated with higher numbers of myoblasts. These phenotypes are not suppressed by the co-expression of dsHMS00759 under the control of Ecol\lexAGMR15B03.

Either fy2 or frtz30 mutants also expressing dsHMS00759 under the control of the Scer\GAL4ptc.PU driver display hair polarity defects in abdominal bristles that are similarly severe as in fy2 or frtz30 single mutants, respectively.
