Zzzz\AOX^αTub84B.PK significantly partially suppresses dosage-dependent lethality (with 0.1 to 0.5uM RU486) in flies with expression of COX5A^GD5167 or COX5B^GD6659 driven by Scer\GAL4^{αTub84B.Switch.PK}; further suppression is seen with two copies of Zzzz\AOX^αTub84B.PK. Scer\GAL4^{αTub84B.Switch.PK}>COX5B^GD6659 flies with 4 copies of Zzzz\AOX^αTub84B.PK on 3uM RU486 reach pupal stage (with 12% of pupae eclosing); these flies are not bang sensitive.

Zzzz\AOX^αTub84B.PK significantly suppresses dosage-dependent lethality (with 0.1 to 0.5uM RU486) in flies with expression of Surf1^{dsRNA.Scer\UAS} driven by Scer\GAL4^{αTub84B.Switch.PK}. Zzzz\AOX^αTub84B.PK significantly suppresses lethality and delays in development seen in flies with expression of cype^GD908 driven by Scer\GAL4^{αTub84B.Switch.PK} (with RU486). Multiple copies of Zzzz\AOX^αTub84B.PK rescue pupal lethality in flies with expression of COX5B^GD6659 driven by Scer\GAL4^G14.
