Deletion of 9 bases (CGACCATCA0) and insertion of three bases (GAT) causes an in-frame deletion.

In PRL-16/Df(2L)r10 posterior dorsocentral bristle neurons, terminal arbors on the contralateral branch cover significantly less territory, as compared to controls.
PRL-12/PRL-16 posterior dorsocentral bristle neurons show a significant decrease in the number of synapses (Brp-positive puncta) in the contralateral branch, but not in the anterior branch, as compared to controls; mechanosensory neurons show a significant decrease in terminal arbor territory, as compared to controls.
