Comment: reported as tracheole specific anlage
Mipp1 transcripts are expressed in all tracheal cells from embryonic stage 10-13. In stages 13-15, it is diminished in the dorsal trunk but remains in the dorsal branch, visceral branch, ganglionic branch, and lateral trunk. During stages 10-12, transcripts are located in small puncta throughout the cytoplasm but in stages 13-15, they accumulate in large foci localized to particular regions in each cell type. It appears that the Mipp1 transcripts are A is maintained in migrating branches with enrichment at regions where extensive filopodia form.

Please Note This section lists cDNAs and ESTs that fall within the genomic extent of the gene model, which may include cDNAs and ESTs of genes within introns, or of overlapping genes. Please see GBrowse for alignment of the cDNAs and ESTs to the gene model.
For each fully sequenced cDNA the DGRC maintains various forms of the cDNA (e.g tagged or untagged) in several different host vectors for subsequent cloning and expression in Drosophila and Drosophila cell lines.
