AlphaFold produces a per-residue confidence score (pLDDT) between 0 and 100. Some regions with low pLDDT may be unstructured in isolation.
Low-frequency RNA-Seq exon junction(s) not annotated.

The testis specificity index was calculated from modENCODE tissue expression data by Vedelek et al., 2018 to indicate the degree of testis enrichment compared to other tissues. Scores range from -2.52 (underrepresented) to 5.2 (very high testis bias).
PICK1 protein is expressed in neurons in the adult and larval brain, ventral nerve cord and corpus cardiacum. Some neurons labeled by PICK1 in the ventral and dorsolateral antennal lobe co-express ScerGAL4Gad1.3.098. The largest cells in the adult brain that express PICK1, located near the medial border of the optic lobe, dorsolateral protocerebrum and dorsomedially on each side of the pars interecerebralis, co-express ScerGAL4dimm-929. There is also co-expression in the larval brain and ventral nerve cord between PICK1 and ScerGAL4dimm-929. Most PICK1 positive neurons are also labeled by ScerGAL4Phm.WT and ScerGAL4Ilp2.PR.

Please Note This section lists cDNAs and ESTs that fall within the genomic extent of the gene model, which may include cDNAs and ESTs of genes within introns, or of overlapping genes. Please see JBrowse for alignment of the cDNAs and ESTs to the gene model.
For each fully sequenced cDNA the DGRC maintains various forms of the cDNA (e.g tagged or untagged) in several different host vectors for subsequent cloning and expression in Drosophila and Drosophila cell lines.
