Just want to let you know that the Y2H data generated by the collaborative effort of Marc Vidal's group, Sue Celniker's group and our group is ready to be released (the 1st round data). We have made it available at our own website (http://flybi.hms.harvard.edu/results.php). Attached please find bait/prey annotation as well as more info about the clones. Disclaimer: Users may freely download and analyze protein-protein interaction pairs flagged as ‘pre-publication‘ FlyBi (BDGP/CCSB/DRSC) preliminary fly interactome data without restrictions. Pre-publication by FlyBi can be used in publications, public presentations or public disclosure focused around individual genes. However, there is a 12-month 'moratorium' period on the publication of global analysis of this dataset after release of the entire verified data set obtained from one complete screen to allow FlyBi the opportunity to publish first. Following the expiration of the moratorium period or publication by FlyBi (whichever is first), publication of global analyses is unrestricted. The publication and presentation moratorium is expected to extend to all forms of public disclosure, including meeting abstracts, oral presentations, and formal electronic submissions to publicly accessible sites (e.g., public websites, web blogs, databases). Users are asked to notify FlyBi of their intent to publish or disclose any pre-publication FlyBi (BDGP/CCSB/DRSC) preliminary fly interactome data. Users are expected to acknowledge the following in all oral or written presentations, disclosures, or publications involving any use of pre-publication FlyBi (BDGP/CCSB/DRSC) preliminary fly interactome data: The Berkeley Drosophila Genome Project (BDGP) at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, The Center for Cancer Systems Biology (CCSB) at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and The Drosophila RNAi Screening Center (DRSC) at Harvard Medical School. *Curator's note regarding MORATORIUM:This data was made available 'pre-publication' and, as such, its use is subject to the specific limitations described above for the period of 12 months. Moratorium expires on June 13, 2018.
