ScerGAL4^Tk drives expression in 7 NPF positive tachykinin neurons in the anterior ventrolateral protocerebrum.

ScerGAL4^Tk drives expression in around six male adult protocerebral LPP2 Tachykinin neurons that display a ring-shaped arborization pattern. Three to four of these neurons co-express the male-specific isoform of EcollexA^{fru.P1.T:HsimVP16}. A subset of ScerGAL4^Tk-positive neurons co-express Tk-protein. Male-specific labeling is also observed in the cells of the thoracico-abdominal ganglion.
