Description
Description
Dyneins are minus end-directed microtubule motor protein complexes that function in retrograde transport and axonemal motility. Dynein complexes are assembled from dynein heavy chains, which provide the force-generating ATPase activity, and the accessory subunits - dynein light, intermediate and intermediate light chains.
