Expression of Mmmm\rasN17.Scer\UAS (driven by Scer\GAL4Dll-md23) in type II neuroblast lineage MARCM clones has no significant effect on the clone size or the number of progenitor cells it contains in third instar larvae.

Expression of Mmmm\rasN17.Scer\UAS driven by Scer\GAL4dpp.PU does not lead to tissue overgrowth in eye-antennal imaginal or wing discs.

Expression of Scer\GAL4tub.PU>Mmmm\rasN17.Scer\UAS using the MARCM system dramatically inhibits clone growth in the posterior midgut.

Mmmm\rasN17.Scer\UAS; Scer\GAL4Ubx-lac1-Gal4 adults exhibit wing duplication in the posterior compartment and partial loss of notum and/or hinge. Occasionally pharate adults die within the pupal case, with severe loss of notum tissue.

All midline glial cells are apoptotic during embryonic stage 14 in animals expressing Mmmm\rasN17.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4sim.P3.7.

The presence of Scer\GAL4c306 causes a mild delay in the migration of border cells in egg chambers.
