Homozygotes show lethality during larval or early pupal stages. dco³ in combination with dco^le88, dco^i3-193, dco^S053813, dco^S139602, dco^S091510 and dco^P103 : show lethality during larval or early pupal stages with typical dco³ phenotype (swollen tarsi with or without head defects). Discs overgrown. dco² in combination with dco^P103 : adult viable with expanded wings and leg outgrowths. dco¹⁸ in combination with dco^P103 : show lethality during larval or early pupal stages with abnormal discs with granular zone and abnormal folding. dco^le88 in combination with dco^P103 : show lethality during late pupal stage with abnormal discs with granular zone and abnormal folding. dco^i3-193 in combination with dco^P103 : adult viable with narrow wings and abnormal discs with granular zone and abnormal folding. dco^S053813 in combination with dco^P103 : adult viable with narrow wings; abnormal discs with granular zone and abnormal folding. dco^S139602 in combination with dco^P103 : show lethality during embryogenesis or early larval stages, abnormal discs with granular zone and abnormal folding. dco^S091510 in combination with dco^P103 : adult viable with normal phenotype, normal discs.
