The expression of RokGD1522 under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU does not lead to significant changes in eye size, as compared to controls.

Expression of RokGD1522 under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 results in central wing blisters.

Eye-antennal disc clones expressing RokGD1522 under the control of Scer\GAL4tub.PU do not exhibit size difference or changes in photoreceptor differentiation as compared to wild type clones, although they do exhibit some minor cell morphology defects.

Adults expressing RokGD1522 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu (in the presence of Dcr-2Scer\UAS.cDa to increase the efficiency of RNAi) do not show a significant defect in avoidance of noxious temperature (46[o]C) compared to control flies.

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 results in planar polarity defects in the orientation of bristles of the notum in 40-50% of the Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 expression domain.

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 results in an enlarged notum.

The small eye induced by the expression of Cln3UAS.cTa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU is partially suppressed by the co-expression of RokGD1522.

Co-expression of RokGD1522 suppresses the small clone size, differentiation and cell morphology defects seen in eye-antennal disc clones expressing RhoGEF2RE.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4tub.PU.

Co-expression of RokGD1522 suppresses the formation of undifferentiated clonal masses and partially suppresses the reduction of differentiation seen in eye-antennal disc clones expressing both RhoGEF2RE.Scer\UAS and RafScer\UAS.F179 under the control of Scer\GAL4tub.PU, and also suppresses the developmental delay shown by larvae containing these clones.

Co-expression of RokGD1522 fails to suppress the ectopic differentiation of seen in eye-antennal disc clones expressing RafScer\UAS.F179 under the control of Scer\GAL4tub.PU.
