Expression of sggA81T.UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Appl.G1a leads to axonal blockages in third instar larval segmental nerves compared to controls.

The expression of sggA81T.UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4salm.E leads to notched wings and to truncated longitudinal veins, as compared to controls.

Adult flies expressing sggA81T.Scer\UAS driven by Scer\GAL4esg-NP7397 combined with tub-Gal80[ts] (for temporal control) display increase in midgut stem cell proliferation (assessed by number of pH3-positive cells).
