    Detailed Description
    Statement
    Reference

Heterozygotes have pearl-like structures in the wings, which are predominantly found in the L2 and L3 wing veins. In addition, they have blisters in the wing blade, and notches or gaps in the ventral and dorsal margins in one or both wings. The heterozygotes also have small round eyes.

6% of γTub23CA6-2/γTub23CPl-2 animals survive to eclosion, but all quickly become stuck in the food medium.

Heterozygotes have small eyes, held-out and notched wings, wing blisters and pearl-like structures in the wing blade and veins.

    Statement
    Reference

    γTub23CPl-2 results in a held-out wing phenotype in double heterozygous combination with a number of mutations (penetrance of the phenotype given in parentheses); brm1 (35%), brm2 (76%), mor1 (10%), mor2 (42%), mor6 (19%), osa1 (98%), osa2 (39%), tna1 (75%), tara2 (22%), tara20 (21%).

γTub23CPl-2/+ ; brm2/osa1 triple heterozygous flies show poor survival and have twisted and blistered wings.
