Expression of Rab5S43N.UASp.YFP under the control of CtxGlia-SplitGal4 (Hsim\VP16AD.nrv2 and Scer\GAL4DBD.wrapper.932i) leads to an altered cortex glial morphology in third instar larvae when compared to controls.

Expression of Rab5S43N.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-YFP under the control of Scer\GAL4Appl.G1a does not impair axonal transport in the segmental nerves in third instar larvae.

Expression of Rab5S43N.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-YFP under the control of either Scer\GAL4eg-Mz360, Scer\GAL4eve.RN2 or Scer\GAL4elav-C155 does not result in any defects in axon outgrowth in the embryo.

Expression of Rab5S43N.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-YFP under the control of Scer\GAL4slbo.2.6 impairs border cell migration in the developing egg chamber. No border cell cluster dissociation is seen.
