A set of GAL4 driver constructs was generated to examine the expression patterns associated with predicted cis elements. (CEP in the construct symbols stands for "cis Element Predicted".) The constructs were generated in the same manner as the Janelia GAL4 collection using the pBPGUw vector. The accompanying spreadsheet gives the coordinates of the regulatory fragments, the symbols of constructs and insertions and the gene whose regulation is reflected by the GAL4 expression pattern.
