      New stable cell line derived from this cell line: S2 cell lines stably expressing TIR-1 and TIR-7 (the intracellular domains of Tl and Toll-7) were established. S2 cells stably expressing RFP-GFP tandem fluorescent-tagged LC3 protein (phosphatidylethanolamine) were created to facilitate detection of autophagy.
