Co-expression of DroncCARD.Scer\UAS suppresses eye phenotypes in flies with expression of DCAF12Scer\UAS.cHa driven by Scer\GAL4GMR.PU.

Cell death is similar in the posterior compartment expressing DroncCARD.Scer\UAS (via Scer\GAL4en.PU) to the control anterior compartment in RpS3Plac92/+ wing discs in which wild type clones have been induced. However, some homozygous RpS3Plac92 cell clones are observed.

Expression of NcCARD.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4T80 in dm4 mutant wing disc clones does not rescue clone size.

Expression of ykiScer\UAS.cHa and NcCARD.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4T80 in dm4 mutant wing disc clones does not rescue clone size.

The border follicle cell migration defect seen in egg chambers expressing Rac1N17.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4slbo.2.6 is partially suppressed by coexpression of NcCARD.Scer\UAS.

The presence of NcCARD.Scer\UAS partially supresses the eye ablation phenotype seen in egrScer\UAS.cMa; Scer\GAL4GMR.PF flies. This supression is dose dependent: 2 copies suppress more effectivley than 1.
