The expression of RokCAT.UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4insc-Mz1407 does not disturb the normal localization of Mira protein to a basal cortex crescent in larval brain neuroblasts during metaphase, as compared to controls.

Flies expressing RokCAT.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4nub-AC-62 have large wings compared to controls.

Eye-antennal disc clones expressing RokGD1522 under the control of Scer\GAL4tub.PU do not exhibit a size difference as compared to control clones, but do show increased cell death, defects in differentiation of photoreceptor cells, and cell morphology defects.

Expression of rokCAT.Scer\UAS in follicle cells under the control of Scer\GAL4Scer\FRT.Act5C produces oocyte polarity defects.
