H1 heterozygous adults also expressing Rbfox1dsRNA.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4sca-109-68 exhibit an enhanced loss of thoracic sensory bristles and exhibit a significant amount of sockets instead of bristles, as compared to H1 heterozygotes.
One copy of H1 suppresses the wing phenotypes seen when Caf1-105NIG.12892R is expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4sd.PU. Instead the flies have interruption to longitudinal vein 5 in the distal part.
The ectopic wing veins seen in nmoadk2 flies are completely suppressed by H1. The loss of bristles on the head and notum seen in H1/+ flies is dramatically enhanced by nmoadk1/nmoadk1 or nmoadk1/nmoadk2.
Enhances the transformation of the trichogen to a tormogen fate in the notal macrochaetae caused by DlScer\UAS.cJa expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4l(3)31-1-31-1. Widespread transformation of microchaetae is also seen in this background.
Enhances the microchaetae and macrochaetae loss phenotype of N gain of function heterozygotes.
