Expressing Hsap\TARDBPM337V.UAS.Tag:MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU leads to eye defects - rough-eye phenotype, eye degeneration and loss of pigmentation .

Expression of Hsap\TARDBPM337V.UAS.Tag:MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU leads to eye degeneration (thinner neuronal layer in the eyes) in adults.

Expressing Hsap\TARDBPM337V.UAS.Tag:MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF results in eye degeneration: rough eye with loss of pigmentation.

The expression of Hsap\TARDBPM337V.UAS.Tag:MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF leads to a rough eye phenotype, with depigmentation.

The age-progressive eye degeneration (loss of pigmentation, necrotic patches) characteristic for flies expressing Hsap\TARDBPM337V.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU is mildly suppressed by co-expression of Rpn11Scer\UAS.cTa (the number of flies with necrotic patches at day 15 post-eclosion is slightly decreased) and more strongly by co-expression of CG5445Scer\UAS.cUa, whereas neither CG5445ΔUBA.Scer\UAS nor CG5445ΔFW.Scer\UAS can mitigate the phenotype; the eye degeneration is severely exacerbated by co-expression of CG5445NIG.5445R.

The partial pupal lethality of animals expressing Hsap\TARDBPM337V.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC driven by Scer\GAL4RapGAP1-OK6 is strongly mitigated by co-expression of CG5445Scer\UAS.cUa; the wing expansion and climbing defects observed in the Hsap\TARDBPM337V.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC-expressing flies that manage to eclose are also partially suppressed as flies that expand their wings normally are recovered and the percentage of adults that can climb is increased.

Co-expression of Hsap\FUSScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 and Hsap\TARDBPM337V.Scer\UAS in the developing eye under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF leads to severe eye degeneration.

The eye degeneration phenotype found upon expression of TER94R152H.Scer\UAS.R under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF is strongly enhanced by co-expression of Hsap\TARDBPM337V.Scer\UAS.
