Description

mTFP1 is a monomeric teal fluorescent protein with an excitation peak of 462nm and an emission peak of 492nm in vitro. It is an artificial derivative of the naturally occurring fluorescent protein encoded by the Clavularia sp. FP484 gene (GB:AF168424) (PMID:16859491).
