nerfin-2 is transcript is expressed in a single neuron in each brain lobe at embryonic stage 11. At embryonic stage 11, there are three clusters of nerfin-2-expressing neurons in each brain lobe. No expression is observed in any other location, nor is expression observed during larval stages.
