Expression of sggS9A.UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Appl.G1a leads to axonal blockages in third instar larval segmental nerves compared to controls.

Expression of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF>sggS9A.Scer\UAS causes mild disruption of ommatidia.

Third instar larvae expressing sggS9A.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 crawl more slowly and switch direction more frequently compared to wild-type.

Nearly 20% of flies expressing sggS9A.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4C-765 lack all dorsocentral bristles and the remainder have a single tiny posterior dorsocentral bristle which is 46% shorter than normal.
